INSET TRAINING DAY FOR PRIMARY TEACHERS

This INSET will provide teachers with the opportunity to develop their own creative writing and filmmaking skills whilst exploring techniques to support the use of the moving-image across the curriculum. Through a variety of hands-on activities, the day will equip teachers with skills they can then take back into the classroom. Creative writing, scriptwriting, storyboarding, shooting on digital camcorders and the editing stage will all be explored. You will even learn how to make a film without a camera!

The day will be led by UEA Creative Writing tutor Dr. Ian Nettleton and Cinema City’s Education Manager Guy Martin. Places are limited. To book a place please contact Guy Martin or Anna Stubbings on 01603 625145 /628612.
